  The easiest and most positive experience I’ve had shopping for furniture. The sales people there are experienced, patient, fluent in explaining what comes along with the investment of a Lazboy. The store was very neat. Matthew the salesman helped me through the process of getting our home furnished and I felt guided not pressured into making a purchase right away. I checked some fabrics out to see what they’d look like in the lighting in the new house. We picked up the sofa and chair from the warehouse, the warehouse guy was extremely helpful and kind, he loaded it up for us and explained again in detail the warranty and the installation process for our furniture. If you’re in the market for furniture this will be the only stop you’ll need to make! We’ll be back to get our Airbnb stocked with stuff too.

  DO NOT USE THIS STORE. MATHEW DOESNT HAVE A CLUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wife and I bought furniture from this store a few months ago and were told that it could be financed for 0% interest. Needless to say they got us involved with this foreign based bank synchrony bank and it’s a world of trouble dealing with them. When I contact the store to get some assistance from the store, Matthew doesn’t wanna be bothered with any of that. Never again would I buy furniture from the store? They have no clue of what customer service is.

  As a person who can think back to a rocker/recliner in the den of his parents' home, I know the reputation of the La Z Boy name. This location stands far and above others because its staff is knowledgeable and eager to meet your needs. Very happy to be a second-generation La-Z-Boy customer.

  I have purchased numerous items from the location, and the product quality and staff are beyond compare. Two sofas, a recliner, and multiple items to complete a room later and I am a La Z Boy fan!!!!
