- GHGary HaganOct 20, 20255.04 yrs. ago my husband and I purchased a Kincaid dining room table, chairs and side board from La-Z-Boy in Covington, LA. A couple of days ago I brought 2 of the chairs to the Covington store asking for the bolts to be tightened on the chairs because the cushions were loose. The salesman Joe, told me that the furniture repairman was out on delivery and I may have to wait until next week . I said ok. However, after a few minutes Joe said let me see what I can do with the chairs. He took the chairs back to the warehouse and when he returned, the chairs were as good as new. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll certainly go back to the La-Z-Boy Covington store to purchase other furniture.
