On my most recent visit, I was racially profiled and treated disrespectfully by an employee, including intimidation and the use of a racial slur. I have filed complaints corporately, as well as on federal and state levels. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location and strongly urge Hobby Lobby to take meaningful steps to ensure all customers are treated fairly, respectfully and without discrimination.
