  Terrible company, pay me to do nothing instead and I’ll gladly take it. For months our bait traps have not been touched one single time, employees lie stating they go through everything despite us wasting additional money to handle the pests this company is supposed to be handling. Yesterday for the 3rd time a “technician” came to my house, put a note on my door, and then drove away. I physically watched this third one happen, despite telling the company we have proof of them not walking our property before. Literally the customers of this business just donate to pay these people’s salaries.

  Receiving spam letters from them after the purchase of my new home with an “invoice”. EDIT: They sent someone to my house and when I told the guy I wasn’t interested, he still left a note on the garage door about starting services with them. Stay away from these shady clowns

  No problem other than I would like to know we’re here or at least leave a note on the door that they came and the time they came for verification of the inspection.

  I would not recommend D A Exterminating Co Inc based on a concerning and unprofessional experience involving one of their employees. Over the course of approximately one to one and a half weeks, an employee repeatedly appeared at my wife’s workplace while operating a company vehicle and during regular working hours. During this period, his presence consistently caused disruptions and problems at the location. These incidents were observed firsthand and occurred on multiple occasions, not as an isolated event. The situation escalated to the point where management at the gas station made the decision to formally ban this employee from the property. He is no longer permitted on the premises due to the recurring issues associated with his visits. Employees acting in a professional capacity—especially while driving a company vehicle—are generally expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not create repeated disturbances or require intervention by property management. In this instance, that standard was not met. While this review reflects our personal experience, the repeated nature of the situation and its final outcome raise serious concerns about professionalism and oversight. Based on this experience alone, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company
