    The lady working in paint was so rude you could tell she did not want to be there I told her two gallons and she kept on and on if you woulda told me two gallons I woulda wrote it down not very nice I do not care to deal with some one like her period

    “I would not recommend purchasing appliances from Lowe’s. My daughter purchased a $900 washing machine, and just eight months later it stopped draining. When she contacted the store, she was told they could not come out to look at it because she lives in an apartment. I recently purchased a $2,800 refrigerator, and the ice maker was broken at the time of delivery. I was advised to wait 24–25 hours for it to begin making ice. After four days with no ice, I called back and was told I only had 48 hours to report delivery issues. As a result, I was forced to go through the manufacturer’s warranty process. It has now been over a month, and I still do not have a working ice maker. When I first called the store, I waited on hold for a manager for 15 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back, explaining that I had been on hold. I was then told the manager was not in and the assistant manager had just left for lunch. The lack of urgency, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of money we have spent.”

    Solo tenia 48 horas para devolver un producto que me costó más de $1000 dallars. El producto nunca se abrió nunca se uso. Y por las condiciones del tiempo no pude devolver atiempo y ellos simplemente se reusaron a recibirlo y a rembolsarme mi dinero. Poreso nunca serán competencia para HOME DEPOT

    1/2/2025 11:30? Just left Bossier City Lowe's. Manager Tabitha would not honor sale price of a kitchen faucet (item#5300968)$62.22 Delta Anderson Shreveport Lowe's after one of their Managers Mason had already approved honoring the Shreveport sale price. I understand that each individual stores do not have to honor other stores prices and even said that to the manager. It's the fact that one manager had already gave me the okay to get it at the clearance price and the other made it a point that she was over him and is overriding his decision. It was the very last stocked item. It was on sale at Bossier City store for $136.?? just not clearance price. They just lost over $500(was buying building supplies also) for a $70 difference on a item no longer sold. Not even 15 minutes later after I left the store, they have actually pulled it where it's not even available if you look online . Uhm. Makes you wonder. Was also told "that's fine" or something to that effect after I said I wouldn't be shopping there anymore. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at Lowe's in just the last few months renovating a commercial spot. Thank God I hadn't bought the lumber yet. Home Depot here I come!
