- JSJillian Schmuckler3 days ago5.0I was unfortunately robbed of my car keys and many belongings. I called Tiger locksmith, and explained to them I wouldn’t be able to pay untill I got a new bank card as everything was stolen from me. Fred came to my house 15 minutes after this call and turned off my key battery in my car to prevent the thief’s from being able to take my car with the stolen key, free of charge. The next day, I called to schedule an appointment for getting a new key to be made, tigerlock smith came immediately and made me a new key efficiently. On top of this, Fred provided me advice on how to navigate my car insurance and gave me safety advice about my Ford I didn’t know about, as I am a young college women and first time car owner. I have been shown kindness by this company that has made one of the scariest and most stressful Events to ever happen to me much more manageable, and I don’t know what I would of done with out them. The pricing is the best you will find, I called countless key replacement services in the area and was quoted prices twice as much as what I payed with tigerlock smith. I am so happy I found this company, and know who to call if anything like this happens to me or any of my friends and family.

I was routed to a affiliate agency - American Services of MIami I was scammed 1000 dollars for opening up a door. Never told upfront the charge. Went from 50 bucks on phone to 100 in person. Was told 800 price was an inusrance claim. Never once told it was going to be added to my final Price. Job was done and i charged 1000 for the work, claiming that the cost was high due to insurance. Never even got a locksmith to come in as well. No refund. they wanted to refund 100-200. Trying to sway me with giving me a key and trying to get most of my money. My issue are still ongoing. Trying to report the fraud and fight this. Im an honest guy. i would have paid the guy fine for fast hard work, but its a shame how Quick to rip off people and gaslight you throught he proccess.
