I never had a good experience with this Lowe's the employees usually don't speak or are rude. They ignore you or just stare down at their phones. I went in today 5/8/26 with low expectations and most of the things i mentioned before were still going on. But the only difference was I was helped a worker named Tam. She was engaging, knowledgeable and polite. She is a breathe of fresh air in that place.

We waited in the lumber wood cutting section for an hour to have someone cut a piece of plywood for us. We were told that someone was coming to help us multiple times. At the end we were finally told that their machine wasn’t working. Terrible customer service in my opinion to have a customer wait an hour for something only to tell us that particular service is not available right now. We should’ve been told that up front when we first asked for help. Ended up going to Home Depot where we were helped and out the door within 5-10 minutes.

While this is the store I usually shop at due to its location, Im frustrated at how impossible it is to get through to someone AT the store. Phone rings 10+ times and then hangs up. I tried 5x. All trying to contact them about an order that was delivered and was missing items. I was told the delivery people would be in touch with me to redeliver and its been a week and nothing. I also paid for next day delivery and it took 3 days to get to my house. Mind you, the store is about 5 miles from my house. I didnt want my vehicle smelling like compost and dirt so I chose to pay for delivery. This is completely unacceptable.

Make sure your mulch isnt at the bottom of the stack. Sits in a rainwater puddle thats akin to a small pond. I drive past multiple times a day and can see ripped bags into the puddle. Buggies from Lowes are all the way over next to where the Chick-fil-A employees park and just left there. Employees here just seem lazy and careless.
