Phil started by meeting us at the site, sharing thoughts as they crossed his mind while listening to our vision of a sanctuary to enjoy both nature in the company of friends and family. From start to finish Phil and his team were the consummate professionals. Including us in all decisions and when asked offering his guidance all in keeping with our vision. Their communication is par excellence especially in an age where it often seems hard to get responses. During the course of this year long project, we got the pleasure of meeting and working with Phil's team, all of whom are competent, polite and courteous and full of smiles and just plain positivity. Now the work is done and my wife and I could not be more pleased with our "sanctuary in the city" owing all to the vision and execution of Phil and his team.
