    My son bought me a pellet grill for Christmas that was delivered but did not leave temperature probes or manual so I went to Lowe’s on Millerville in Baton Rouge and they gave me such a hard time saying they couldn’t replace it unless they see the grill which was delivered to me in the first place.The manager Jordan was very disrespectful and smart aleck and threatened me.I went to the Cortana Lowe’s and was treated very differently and they easily replaced my missing parts with no fuss.I will never set foot in the Millerville store again because they rather loose a $700 dollar sale instead of replacing a $10 missing part

    Haven't been to this Lowes in years. I needed one of those telescoping rods to change out light bulbs for rooms with tall ceilings. A young man helped me find that which had the bonus of a duster with it. He also helped me find locate the correct bulb for a built in light that accents a picture over my fireplace. One of the other workers helped me with self checkout. Picked up a few flower seed packs to get some seedlings started for the Spring. Thank you for such great staff.

    I've been a customer of HD for a long time. Saw a few YT woodworker videos showing great deals on some tools at Lowes. Bought a few of them for pickup. Pick up experience has been great, thanks to good employees at the front of the store to assist, because their pickup area is less than intuitive and often broken. Went in to pick up a Kobalt work table I had ordered and decided to look for an ECX driver. Searched the app and it indicated Isle 59 / Bay 19. Easy enough to find Isle 59 but as I walked to the end I noticed it was all even Bay numbers. Skipped from 18 to 20 - no Bay 19. Looked on store map and it showed Bay 19 at front walk area, the rows of stands that line that path, but none are labeled so it is a guess which is which. I had three separate store employees walk by several times, me with my phone in hand, scratching my head and vocally voicing "Where the heck is Bay 19?". Completely ignored, vacant stares and sluggish shuffles past me with no acknowledgement at all. Two stars for the front of store assist, but really 1/2 star for horrible map, confusing store layout, and worst customer facing employees I have ever encountered. Bye-Bye Lowe's. Going back to HD where my large volume spending is appreciated.
