    This place is absolutely horrible. They sent me a messed up stove/oven and won’t let me exchange it. They offered me a $50 gift card. LOL DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO HOME DEPOT

    I can’t give LOWES 5 Stars because their Customer Service needs some work. Trying to find or get a hold of an employee can be a challenge plus trying to get one who knows the item or department is definitely a challenge.

    My husband & I went Fri a.m to purchase a stove we found one that we liked , delivery was for the nxt day. So the stove is delivered as expected the nxt day as the delivery guys were unboxing the stove they noticed a dent towards the bottom so they motioned me to come see & he showed the damage asked if I wanted to send it back. Now we're renting so thats not really my decision plus keep in mind Thanksgiving is coming up I asked if he knew when another could be delivered to which he stated he wasnt sure but then mentioned that if we wanted to keep it he was sure a discount would be given for the damage so as I stated we are renting so I got on the phone with the landlord he ask for pics of the damage plus wanted to know how much would be reimbursed. The delivery guy got on the phone explaining the issue to some one from Lowes & the refund amount was given I let the landlord know & he said fine. The lady on the phone who was now on speaker ask me some info then said a voucher for a refund would be sent to my email. The stove was unloaded & hooked up cut to today my husband & I go to Lowes show the voucher now we paid in cash of course I'm thinking the voucher is for cash welp nope turns out its for in store shopping only I reminded them we paid cash & was told had we returned the whole stove we would have received a cash refund, soooo basically its a scam Lowes was able to get rid of a damaged stove plus not actually refund anything by making only a voucher for in store shopping. I then ask how could I then give this to my land lord to which I was told I should be able to send it.. Thanks for nothing Lowes will never shop there again for a lightbulb let alone a appliance of any kind or anything else for that matter.. It was a win win for Lowes not so much for me the customer!!
