    Was looking for a pop-up canopy. Took forever to find them. Associates were vague with the location. When I finally found them, both boxes were open & damaged and there was a noticeable tear in the material of one canopy. I didn't get either one.

    Absolute horrible customer service terrible experience, I wasn’t able to exchange a pressure washer that blew up on me after purchasing 33 days ago, wasn’t able to get compensated in anyway, was told to reach out to the company directly, and the company was out of stock for two months. I wasn’t able to get a replacement or a refund or any sort of solution. On top of that, they don’t price match their own website. So sitting at the checkout desk, I had to order the item that I was holding in my hands because it was cheaper on online in store pick up.

    Out of all my reviews I've posted this will only be my second negative post I've posted first let's start with the 3 strike rule we placed an order for some blinds I had to make 2 trips because I only received part of my order Secondly I had an order placed for some 3/4 treated plywood I had it picked up and delivered and they gave my guy regular plywood which I didn't order so another trip had to be made strike 3 was a big one on their behalf but wanted me to pay for their mistake we paid for some cabinets thinking the sale was finalized and ordered so I told my contractor to trash my old cabinets low and behold we receive a call 2 day's later to come back in and pay 3500.00 more dollars or my order will be canceled so like the old song say you better shop around low and behold I was told about Home Outlet in Baton Rouge on Florida Blvd where they treated me like family and we ended up buying a set of cabinets for almost the first price we paid to Lowe's so if you're looking for good cabinets take the time and drive 5 minutes east to Home Outlet and get your cabinets the same day the big Nerd is signing out to Lowe's 👎🏾 to Home Outlet 👍🏾 thank's again David at Home Outlet
