Customer service at this location is less than one star. They could not do a return on an item that was ordered online. The lady was very rude & the experience was awful. I will start using Home Depot from now on!

The staff seem try their best, but don’t try to get something delivered and expect it to be right or on time. I’ve had all 5 deliveries botched either partially or completely. For instance, I ordered 12 foot long metal roof panels last month. I received 8 foot long roof panels instead ( which I can’t use), and I had to pay someone to use their truck to bring them back to Lowe’s so that I could prove to them that the order was wrong. Also, some of the panels that the eventually did deliver were heavily rusted, clearly used, and this one even had an old screw in it. Customer service put me on hold for an hour and 5 minutes, then disconnected me. I give up… I won’t ever see that money again unless I transport the defective peices back to Lowe’s, at my own out of pocket cost, and physically show them to a manager. If you think calling Lowe’s corporate works, think again. They said they were sorry and then just connected me to the store again :(
edit: in response to Lowes reply: yep - check my file and you'll see I tried that link... several months ago... and still waiting on a a resolution (its a simple return... just send someone to get it and stop cancelling the return truck pickups I schedule)

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
