- DSD SharkeyDec 2, 20252.0I’ve bought my Christmas tree from Louisiana Nursery every year because they always have such beautiful trees. Unfortunately, this year was a disappointment. In the past, the staff wrapped the tree in netting before loading it, which always protected the branches. When I asked about wrapping it this time, I was told they “don’t do that anymore because they’re too busy” - but it was Friday morning after Thanksgiving around 9 AM, and there were only a few other customers. Instead of wrapping it, the employee just pushed the tree into my car’s trunk, and several of the bottom branches snapped. It really put a damper on what is usually a special part of my Christmas season. I still love the quality of their trees and want to continue supporting them, but I hope they’ll consider bringing back netting or offering a better loading process to protect the trees and the customer experience.
