I’ve tried a number of other chairs that were less expensive but I’ve never been satisfied. The chairs that I previously purchased did not offer the lumbar support that I need and the quality was terrible. I knew that for my situation I needed a la-Z-Boy. But we walked into the store. We were immediately met by a sales person who directed us to the area that we needed to look, but was not pushy at all. He did check with us a short time later and was able to answer all the questions that we had on a chair that I had picked out. Lazy boys are more expensive than some other chairs that you are paying for the quality that they offer. I was also very pleased with the amount of time. They said it was going to take to deliver to my home. I bought the chair on Saturday and it will be at my house this Tuesday. I forgot to mention the 12 months interest free financing. Do yourself a favor and skip buying cheap cheaper chairs as you will pay more in the long run for a product that you will not be satisfied with.
