    I cannot wait to pay off my items from this store. They'll call back to back constantly even when you do inform them on what day you could pay but they'll tell you its not acceptable but does have a 7 day late period. Itll have 1 or if 2 staff thats understanderstanding but the rest very unprofessional and rude. They're worst than affordable on airline definitely wouldn't rent from here AGAIN

    I've been a customer with Aaron's for decades now. I recently moved back to Baton Rouge and needed a refrigerator. Naturally I went to Aaron's. I've never experienced worst customer service and blatant disrespect as I did at the airline Highway location. The female manager is beyond unprofessional and should be fired immediately. I don't know how they stay open treating customers the way they do. I'll be taking my business and hard earned money elsewhere. I suggest anyone else do the same. Customer service is dead at this location Just throw the whole store away.

    The management here is completely incompetent. They take no accountability or offer any solutions to problems that THEY are responsible for. I ordered a refrigerator on 9/20. It wasn't at the store so the email stated 7-10 business days. It also said that someone would call to schedule delivery when they received it. No one ever called. So, when I called them, they had the item. So the lady manager said that Fri (10/3] was the earliest date. I explained that we would be out of town, amd that it had already been long enough. After being put on hold, a male manager picked up and asked me was Thu (10/2) better. I said yes. So he said ok, we'll schedule it before 2pm. The delivery day arrives, and nothing. We call the store and the female store manager says they don't have us on the books. Stating that there was a customer with a similar name and it could have gotten mixed up. That's clearly a mistake on their part. But this manager offered no solutions to satisfy her customer. Every question she was asked, was answered with "i don't know ". How can you be in charge of a business, but not be in control of how it's being ran? A person in management, especially dealing with people, should ALWAYS have a solution that makes the customer happy or that is a comprise between us. Instead she only provided the next available date. Which is next week! This is completely unacceptable! I've read previous reviews and can see this is an obvious issue. I'm sure there are enough people to start a Class Action suit. And since they always let you know it's a recorded line, there's plenty of evidence. I missed 2 days of work because of this, so I know there's a lawyer who can get this done. Maybe just close this location. But definitely terminate this rude, incompetent manager.

    If I could give this place a ZERO I would! They quick to say they can work with you but when you ask for assistance here comes the attitudes and the excuses. Ive been with this company since 2014 even paid a bunch of things off I promise they'll never get my business again!

    Will never shop here again the managers in this store are rude they dont know how to speak to guest and they dont follow there web site was told 3days for washer 3 weeks later still waiting told me i own for the dryer and they will not bring washer til paid like i told them cant use one with out other and no payment til i get it since it is paid for and these are two diffent account it is extortion to use one account over the other and brech of contract since i paid and cant use call the corp dm will call in 24hour been three week guess he cant tell time no one in corp knows what to do only keep telling me to wait for the call so now that i waited my lawyer will make the call
