- SJstacey johneseFeb 21, 20261.0Aaron’s isn’t a place to rent from because if you ever fall on hard times they don’t I repeat don’t work with you. My payment was due on the 1st and because I knew I wouldn’t have it in my account I called them to try and make a payment over the phone. The young lady answered said the system was down and you can make it on your online account but that must’ve been done as well, so I ask the young lady while I had her on the phone about why the online account wasn’t taking payments either. That was a question she say she had no knowledge of the online accounts basically. I took my account off easy pay so my account wouldn’t be over drafted . The phone calls started about a payment I asked could I pay on the 27th and I was told no that was too late. Mine you this was my first time not making a on time payment, but when I got the furniture I got end tables and a coffee that was suppose to be brand new and they came off the showroom floor. Screws was missing and one of the end table glass never had screws. It took them almost a month to pick them up and they only did pick them up when I called complaining. The account manager didn’t give me a full refund for the tables it was partial. Aaron’s I never recommend them to anyone.

Called the store to confirm a delivery. Was told by Gerald store associate that, I would need to wait until the store manager comes in. I question him twice when will she return the first time he replied I don’t know, and the second response was later this evening. I’m just going to cancel my order with this store before all hell breaks loose

She can’t even understand what she saying lol. Go to appliances for less and get you something for about 5-6 hundred it’s better than dealing with them. I barely had to appliances for 2 weeks

They'll call back to back constantly even when you do inform them on what day you could pay but they'll tell you its not acceptable but does have a 7 day late period. Itll have 1 or if 2 staff thats understanderstanding but the rest very unprofessional and rude. They're worst than affordable on airline definitely wouldn't rent from here AGAIN

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
