- EHErin Holsomback5 days ago1.0I went in to buy an above ground pool pump just in case something was wrong with mine when we set is back up. I was asked if I wanted to make an account. I said no because I did not plan to buy anything else form the store. I wasn't explained the importance of the account. Apparently you can't return anything and get your money back without and account. I NEEDED that money, and the guy was so mean and rude and not willing to help at all. He way rude the first time also Terrible customer service and management it nothing can be done.

She actually knows her customers by name! She keeps it 100% and doesn’t try to up sale you unneeded chemicals and/or equipment! I recommend them for all your pool needs!!!!

We walk in, he never addresses us. We turned and walked out. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time.
