I placed an online pickup order at the Alexandria, Louisiana Lowe’s (3821 Masonic Drive) for 12 cinder block caps and two 50 lb bags of concrete. The order was marked “Ready for Pickup,” so I arrived expecting it to be staged and ready.
When I got there, the curbside pickup button on the website didn’t work. I went to the lumber department, and an associate sent me to customer service. At customer service, I was told I needed to go back to lumber. I explained I had already been there, but there was confusion, and no one could confirm my order was ready.
I ended up waiting closer to an hour, if not over an hour, and eventually had to get the order myself. Quickcrete got all over my shoes and clothes, and I cut my knuckle on a concrete block. I asked an associate if he had gloves to help me safely handle the materials — he said he might, but didn’t provide anything or assist. Later, I was told by someone who had spoken to a manager (a man with dreadlocks) that my order had actually been sitting in the back the whole time.
For an order of this size, the lack of coordination, communication, and support is completely unacceptable. “Ready for Pickup” should mean ready, and staff should provide clear information and assistance instead of sending customers back and forth and creating unsafe situations.

THe manager Christy Sanchez of that store is not nice person. Her store employee helped me unload a return and this not calling her a lady said she would not return. Left stuff at the store and she finally did a return but Im missing 154.00 she did not give me. I want all my money back you got all the merchandise back

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
