Do not order anything that requires delivery from this store! My mom ordered windows and doors to be installed at her home and contracted with Lowe's to have them installed as well. Everything was scheduled to be installed on the same day - that did not happen! Because of countless mistakes that they made (wrong orders, delayed deliveries), her installation was split into two and the doors were installed a couple of weeks later. The delay in installation was not the biggest concern but rather the amount of waisted time we spent - I made over 40 phone calls to the store trying to fix the problems and on several occasions, my mom waited all day at her home for deliveries to arrive that never occurred on the day they were scheduled. Any time I tried to speak to someone at the store, they did not seem to care to get the problem resolved (pushing me off to someone else or saying they would get back to me), except for one person who tried to help. Even the assistant manager was not helpful - one day I spoke with him to find out where was one of the missing windows and he could not look into the system to even tell me if it was still in the warehouse or on a delivery truck. I asked him to walk to the warehouse to check and he complained that it would take too long! I wrote a letter to their corporate office outlining all of the breakdowns in their process and all I got was "it was still installed within industry guidelines" and "here is $200 for your trouble" (my mom spent over $16K for everything). I rejected the money as that was an insult considering we spent so much time trying to rectify their inadequacies. They also wanted me to sign a document saying I would not write anything about the incident - I decided it would be better that future customers should know what they are getting into. The installation itself went well once it was done (Lowe's contracts with a third party) but everything leading up to that moment was a complete mess!
