- CMCathy MoulardOct 31, 20251.0Came to get shock. Note on door says, be back in twenty minutes. The guy shows up, takes the note off the door, unlocks it, never says a word to us. We walk in, he never addresses us. We turned and walked out. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time.

Then when someone finally answered the phone, she was extremely rude, but I still decided to go and try to get some filter sand because they were the only ones open in town. I arrived at 2:45 they were closed with a sign on the door saying “ be back at 4:45 “. This place is a real train wreck. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never go back. I went to Ewing pools in town and got what I needed the next day at a cheaper price.
