I had an extremely frustrating experience with this appliance repair company regarding my washer, and unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved after nearly three months.
The initial service visit took place on January 9, and I was told the repair would be completed by January 15. However, I received no follow-up. When I was finally able to reach someone weeks later, I was told the part had been delayed—well beyond the original completion date.
After approximately two months, the part was finally installed, but the very next day, the washer displayed the same error message. This raised concerns about the accuracy of the initial diagnosis, especially since the first technician only assessed the machine briefly during a wash cycle.
A second technician came out and was very polite, but there was still no clear or confirmed diagnosis. After speaking with the owner, I was told the part would be reordered and replaced again. That was about three weeks ago, and since then, communication has once again broken down.
I have made multiple attempts to follow up with no response. When I finally reached the owner earlier this week, I was told I would receive a follow-up the next day, which never happened. When I called back, I was told I was “scheduled” for a day that had never been communicated to me.
At this point, I requested a refund be issued to the agency that initially covered the repair. As a foster parent with three children in the home, going this long without a working washer has been incredibly inconvenient.
Overall, this experience has been marked by poor communication, delayed service, and a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
