They sold me an electric lawnmower that didn't work right out of the box. The batteries are no good. It's only been a few weeks since purchased. The lady at the counter told me it's not returnable because it was a special order. I didn't special order anything! I simply purchased an item on sale. Noone said anything about this being a special order or it not being returnable. Sure the receipt says that, but you don't get that until AFTER you've been hustled.
TLDR: Lowe's sold me an item that did not work right out of the box without informing me it was a non refundable item and won't give me my $100 back. Shady business practices.
