Diane knew exactly where to find all the pieces and even gave some helpful suggestions to purchase some additional items from Lowe’s. I’ll be back for my next home improvement project!

My husband (90 yo) and myself (67 yo) had to learn ad heavy sheets of plywood ourselves. Employee sitting in chair two feet away saying bad back. Had to ask lady at front to ring us up. No barcode on plywood. Husband had to go back to lumber to take photo of barcode. Total $360.00. Then asked for loading help. Went outside. Waited 15 mins no help Husband went back in store. In ten minutes bad back guy came and loaded wood It was a total cluster.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
