Lowe's insurance company, Spirit Logistics, suddenly, after a months long correspondence with Lowe's Customer Care, which assured it would be properly investigated, denied all responsibility. That insurance company operates to deny claims. They flat out lie, and they cover up for careless delivery guys, with fabricated allegations of photographic proof that there is no damage, which was caused by their delivery team.

When they answered they said they had 2 in stock and I told them I didnt want to pull my trailer up there if they didnt have and the guy assured me they did. When I arrive and have them to go get it they said they didnt have and would have to order it. I wasnt happy at all at this point so I ordered it anyway and was going to use the military discount only for them to tell me Lowe's no longer uses military discounts on appliances, lumber,etc. At this point I just wanted to leave but the range was for my in laws and they was needing one so I ordered it. Later this afternoon I got an email saying the item is unavailable and to pick another item. I tried contacting the store manager several times and never got an answer so I canceled my order and went through home depot and now it is being delivered Tuesday with a delivery fee and still was cheaper than Lowe's. I will not be back to Lowe's unless it's an absolute emergency.
