I don't like going to Lowe's at all , since they let all the cashier's go and you have to do everything yourself, I don't get paid to ring myself up I hate the machines and then if it doesn't ring something up right you get in trouble and I'd rather have the lil talk with people while checking out it was so much easier but now they expect you to do it and them still making all the money and nothing is cheaper except for them not paying employees just a bunch of rich folk getting richer and put so many people out of jobs if I could boycott them I would But have to go there to get some parts others don't have but if I can find it anywhere else I shop there or I order it but I would rather have cashiers and have that little conversations with them while checking out It was so much better Lowe's sucks !!!

I spend hundreds of dollars in here and have never had any issues. The other night I wanted to purchase a bissell vacuum. The shelf said one price but it scanned a different one. Teenage boy is working the register says he needs to call the manager. 20 minutes goes by. I have something else I want to ring separately while waiting. Teenage girl (in pajama sweat pants) comes up and gives me huge attitude about how she has to watch these registers which made no sense. Instead of finding the manager they just stand there and stare at me. At this point I walk all the way back to the store to get the tag. By the time I walk back the manager is correcting it. Doesn't even say one word to me. Train your employees on how to treat customers. I don't appreciate them standing there and questioning me like I'm lying. People working in pajamas on the work floor is unprofessional and sloppy. Do better.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
