I understand it doesn’t get a lot of business but the business it gets is not quick unless it is a pickup. Which mine was. I had to wait 20 minutes to simply obtain my framed items while Susan took her time determining if she wanted the green mat on top of the wine colored mat or underneath it. It literally took the guy 45 second to scan my ticket and grab my items. It would have been wonderful if they had a back up person available for such tasks.
