- ELEd LanhamApr 7, 20261.0I went to Lowe’s in Shepherdsville today, to buy a zero turn lawnmower. While I was there, this eighty-year old lady came in and asked for 10 bags of mulch. When she went to pay she had $100.00 dollar bill, the Lowe’s worker said she could not change it. This poor lady didn’t know what to do and the Lowe’s worker pretty much ignored her. This didn’t sit well with me, I ask, you mean to tell me you can’t change this $100 dollar bill? Lowe’s a multimillion dollar business! I left and went to Home Depot and bought a $3500.00 zero turn lawnmower. First time I’ve ever left a review. Rant over.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
