- WEWali El-AminMar 14, 20263.0SCAM ALERT , Beware : this company is untrustworthy. My key for my Chevy Silverado broke in half.. I called this company and they quoted me $150 ... The locksmith Nate came out , made my key and programmed it and then he gave me a bill for $245. I said what happened to the $150 that he quoted .. he said it's starts at $150. I told him the full price should have been discussed before he did the work. What if I did not have $245 ? I think that is very bad business practice. The locksmith Nat should had communicated the full price before proceeding to do the work. I feel scammed . UPDATE , Based on the actions of the locksmith that conned me I didn't expect much from key me lock smith. But I was wrong. Their costumer service reached out to me after I posted a Google review about my ill experience where the locksmith qouted me one price over the phone, did the work then charged me double the quoted price . The costumer service went over and beyond to settle my grievance. They investigated the situation and refunded me the amount I paid over what was quoted to me by the locksmith. I was pleasantly surprised. Key Me Locksmith is a legit locksmith service. . I hope they discipline or fire the locksmith that conned me. Based on the costumer service I would do business with the company going forward

Never showed. I had to call again and he said he was on the way. An hour later he calls and says 10 minutes. Which turned into 30 minutes. Never in my life have I seen a company so disrespectful and untimely.
