Their costumer service reached out to me after I posted a Google review about my ill experience where the locksmith qouted me one price over the phone, did the work then charged me double the quoted price . The costumer service went over and beyond to settle my grievance. They investigated the situation and refunded me the amount I paid over what was quoted to me by the locksmith. I was pleasantly surprised. Key Me Locksmith is a legit locksmith service. . I hope they discipline or fire the locksmith that conned me. Based on the costumer service I would do business with the company going forward

I’m even more mad at Menards that your overpriced machine is the only key service provided by a store that actively sells doors and locks. It will affect whether or not I use them in the future. (I won’t.). They should get your rip off machine out of their store.
