    Waited all day for a delivery yesterday. Tracking the web site saying that were the next delivery? 5 hours later and it’s “delayed “. Now I’m on the phone for over 30 minutes on hold to try and find the status of my order? Terrible customer service and communication. Why didn’t the driver call me yesterday? Update been on hold for over an hour. Checked your app and now my order is delayed 6 days! Wow this is unacceptable and no one will answer the phone to address the issue?

    Lowe’s at pikeville is the worst. Purchased a tiller plow and it was delivered with several parts missing because they unboxed it but didn’t assemble it. When I contacted Lowe’s about the missing parts they were of no help. Had to reach out to the manufacturer to get the missing parts. After waiting to get the right parts and assemble the tiller it doesn’t throttle up. Tried to return it to Lowe’s today but they refused to take it back. Manager Matt said that it was over 30 days even though the return policy is 90 days on yard equipment but apparently that doesn’t apply to tillers. They make up the rules as they go. Lowe’s DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS. If you get a defective product you are totally on your own. Well Lowe’s I have learned my lesson I will not be shopping at your store again. Home Depot and tractor supply know how to take care of their customers. I love how with every negative review Lowe's post a contact us we want to help. Well I tried the site they posted and of course it comes up an error page. Of course it does because Lowe's has no intention of making anything right. Once again Lowe’s refuses to stand by their products. Lesson learned avoid Lowes if they wanted to make my worthless purchase right they have my information from my multiple calls and trips to the store. They are forever on my boycott list.

    Went in for a multimeter and found it quickly enough using the aisle signs. It's a mad house when it comes to traffic in and around the parking lot... But I reckon that's just life. But it does seem more congested than even Walmart...which is saying something.

    One star based on service: For reference, I have utilized this store since I've moved to the Pikeville area BUT I WILL NEVER be using their delivery services ever again. After purchasing multiple doors for an install, delivery times kept getting pushed with varying reports. When I learned they were just sitting in the warehouse with no apparent timeline to arrive at my house BEFORE the installation, I took matters into my own hands and collected them (which was a huge paperwork hassle since it was originally slated for a delivery, also didn't get a refund on the delivery... thanks.) The installer was also confused about why it took so long for him to be notified of this job. Shocker... (Private installer Lowe's provided did a great job on the door installation) The newest issue is happening now as I am writing the review. I ordering gardening items, with the primary items being mulch & dirt. I placed the order using their same-day delivery service, thinking it would get fast-tracked. That was almost a week ago & still no delivery. I understand there was a holiday over the weekend, BUT THAT WAS THREE DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY REQUEST WAS ISSUED. I've called multiple times and cannot get through to anyone. All I have received is an automated refund for the same-day delivery fee. My items are nowhere to be seen, and I am left in the dark. AGAIN!

    I've called several times today and every time I got transferred the call got disconnected or I was just hung up on. I finally talked to someone named Jase. I hope I spelled that right. He was a tremendous help.
