I drove almost a hr to get here and they didn’t have it. The employees seem clueless of what’s going on and doesn’t seem like customer satisfaction is a very high priority here. As a pro member that spends 6figures plus every year at Lowe’s you expect a little bit better customer service. I will drive the extra 40-50 miles before I return to this Lowe’s thank for wasting my time and fuel.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
