  I want to make it known that the, im assuming, store manager. Blonde short hair, wearing buisness casual who on this day was wearing black slacks and a white and black shirt with a gold name tag, will follow you around the store making it seem like she's organizing and straightening items up. She followed me down almost every aisle which I did not mind because I was just mindlessly looking around. I thought It was weird at first but I over looked it. I decided that there was nothing I needed/wanted at the store as I did not want to buy confetti for $1.99 and that being all so I put the confetti back and mindlessly walked around some more making sure I didnt miss anything. When I left the store, I got into my car and noticed the suspected store manager standing outside the store doors aiming her light blue/green iPhone towards the parking lot. I sat in my car for a minute waiting for it to warm up and my ac to kick in when she put her phone away but stayed standing outside. I suspected her to be taking photos of my car so I waited a bit and when I went to leave the parking spot, I looked in the rear view mirror and saw she took her phone out again and was aiming it again towards my car. So me being me, I turned my car around and drove back to the front of the store which she was still standing at and i rolled down my window. I asked her blatantly if she was taking photos of my car to which she denied. I then told her I saw her walk down each aisle I was in and asked if she suspected I stole or took something and that she could check my car if she wanted to. She stated she was just standing on the sidewalk and if there was something exactly she was to be looking for. Also she wouldn't look at me directly. Like love look at the cameras and you would know I didn't steal anything also I would never steal but you probably in your eyes saw someone with a hoodie, hair messy, no makeup and thought she was trash and is pocketing items. I have been a manager to 3 retail stores and have never experienced such disgusting behavior before. What in your right mind made it okay to follow a custmoser outside, take photos of them just because you possibly had a hunch that they stole? No proof, no video footage, no associate confirmation. Just you being rude and wanting to feel empowered I guess. I just want to know what you think I took to make you act the way you did. I walked out empty handed and the only thing in my hoodie was my wallet and car keys yet you made me feel like the biggest criminal in owensboro. I will not be back and I know that doesnt make a difference to you, but I hope you read this review and make changes to yourself because I would like to believe you are a nice person, but this interaction just tells me youre miserable and ugly. Have the day you deserve.

  Went in there to grab a 1/4th of a yard of leather and was greeted by the rudest lady ever in the fabrics. Side- eyeing me the whole time and dismissive of my questions. Besides that it seems like this store attracts the meanest people. I got shouldered twice and some old bitty ran over my foot and looked at me like it was my problem. Michaels here I come!
