    Tony B I am a local farmer . I purchased a freezer miser and needed a replacement ASAP ,when we called the employee in the hardware department at first rudely told me you had none in stock ..we replied , we just used AI and was told one was in stock .. I willingly he went to check. We went to exchange or receive a credit at the service desk. There were two female employees standing there talking . We were under the impression they were having a store related issue. After three or four minutes, one of the ladies looked up and hatefully commented to walk to them . We found this was way out of line . She proceeded to ask my wife if she could read … we both have college degrees so yes , we can read and expect customer service, not to be reprimanded by one of your employees. After a heated exchange, she refused to return our item and told my wife she ( your employee) hopes my wife goes to church This happened around noon on the 31st

    The guy in paint was rude, pushy, and acted like we were an inconvenience. He asked me why in the world I was up on New Year’s Day at 9am. He acted like I did not know what I wanted and when I told him and said there are three types. Upon which I said that I wanted Ovation. If he would have listened and not been complaining about the need to “pee” and having to work on New Year’s Day he would have heard me.

    Called and tried to talk to someone in plumbing. Nobody ever answered the phone. I let the phone ring 2 minutes. I absolutely hate the Ai phone system. I want to talk to a live person.

    Say.... You just so happened to be 10:06 when they stop 🛑 making coffee at 10:00am ☕ I arrive there and they had quit serving coffee I was terribly upset! Since when did stop making coffee mean we QUIT making coffee when coffee maker and the 2 carafes are empty at 10:06 am. I asked if there was any coffee.... the employee says .."we QUIT making it at 10" 😞 Didn't volunteer to make more... Just poor customer service...as if they had something else to do more important than the customer.
