No bugs, spider webs or anything upon moving out. The reason for moving out, were the rate increases. They were very steep each time, 30 to 40 ish. I dont know if there's a top out but at that rate, my budget can't do.

They lure you in with a promotional price I guess is what they call it but after a couple months the price doubles. The location at new harford rd is very tight getting in and out of the storage building area. I have a midsize car and I always have to do a 3 or 4 point turn about to even get out of the area. Someone with a trailer or truck will have a really hard time not jack knifing the trailer to reverse out of the unit. You can't take a trailer all the way around. It is impossible. The ladies in the office are very nice but I assume the corporations are crooks. I know my price went from $88 to $160. JUST BEWARE!!!
