- RJRobert JohnsonNov 14, 20251.0Well let's just to the auction bidders be careful at this place they stage the units really really good not to mention if u just buy here and don't have several places to go u will be ok however I buy a lot a week called to ask for a extended one day she said no can't do that need gone as per time I was 2 hrs away we made it happen however showed up to see they had several units and could have extended one day not willing to help u out we got there 9.30 she did paper work then come at 9.36 said how long take I got go bank ummm bank opened. At 8 lol u been warned I won't ever buy there at that facility again And wasn't back time I had unit cleaned out still had to wait to get deposit back it's all good I never go here again to buy units !

- KSKristina StattsOct 11, 20251.0So recently rented a storage building at this facility had a full size truck with a trailer and the extra space really was not all that extra being that I had no room to pull in to my storage unit with the trailer or pull out. I had to unhook my truck from my trailer then turn around where I realized I could not even make my truck fit through the left turn been that the space was not extra you're less extra space is very inconvenient very frustrating so I once again had to back up and go back around and then when my truck wouldn't fit through the space where I left my trailer to hook back up I had to get out of my truck and move the trailer by hand and lift it and pull it over with my arms and hands then I could go around and finally hook back up to the trailer. Your name's a joke I'm going to stay a customer because I've already paid the fees but I suggest you change your name at least is that space is not extra you need extra space maybe that's why you named it that not to be rude but you're rude for naming it that yeah that's what I said and I meant it sorry not sorry

The staff was more than gracious in extending cleanout time which I appreciated more than words can express. Just keep in contact with staff and they will work with you. The premises wad extremely clean and secure.
