I know my single review won’t matter, but at this point I don’t know what else to do but let my terrible experience be known publicly. We have been waiting on items we paid over $1000 for in mid June and it is now October 14 and our install is scheduled for October 20. Our date has been pushed back MULTIPLE times since June with no explanation and no communication at all to us. They have strung us around for 4 months with no communication or anything and keep pushing our date back to get our items, then no one seems to be able to give us an answer. Now on our delivery day we only got one of our two items that is needed for the install on Monday and now they are saying the other item is now on back order when it wasn’t before. Again, no communication. This whole process has been a nightmare and we still don’t have what we paid for. Oh and get this, we can’t get a refund now because the transaction is “greater than 60 days old”. It’s not OUR fault that we have been ran around in circles longer than 60 days and we should not be punished for that!! Even after talking to managers of 2 stores and corporate apparently we are just stuck on waiting now. Absolutely unacceptable. This store has been absolutely horrible to deal with as has Lowe’s as an entire company and I will never EVER use Lowes for anything ever again.
