I brought my special education class to pick out ornaments for Christmas, which I expected to be lots of fun! Unfortunately, almost every staff member I interacted with over the course of 5 days provided me with a negative experience. One staff member never allowed me to speak a full sentence before interrupting me, one staff member only gave me the correct receipt on accident after I had asked for it multiple times, and one manager (the male manager in the glasses with a mustache) was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. Even after communicating in length to multiple staff members about how I would need to return to the store a 4th time due to their mistakes, they mishandled the items my students had chosen to purchase and they wound up missing. With no apology or offer of assistance, I finally was able to check out with the help of the only three staff members in the store that seem to know how to do their job, Savannah, Addison, and one other woman. Register 2 at 5:53 pm on 11/24. They are the only reason for my giving two stars. This entire experience, that was supposed to be fun, was extremely upsetting for myself and my special needs students. I hope they train their staff to be a bit kinder, but since the manager was the rudest of most unhelpful of them all, it seems that may not happen.
