  $250.00 charge for just showing up is way too pricey.....that's not including any parts plus labor....

  Great Scapes has been caring for our lawn for the last 6 years since we moved to the Masterson Station area. They have tackled many tasks for us over the years. Not only do they take care of our weekly maintenance of our lawn, but they have also planted new trees, bushes, and flowers as we have tried to re-imagine our landscaping. They always clean up after every service, and their owner, who has become more like family, has always been available and responsive when we have had any questions or needs. I truly can't recommend them highly enough to do them justice. Absolutely, TOP TIER!!!

  H2O Designs is fantastic. I have a pond that had not been maintained for 10+ years. Needless to say, the pond was a mess. The H2O Designs guys did a wonderful job cleaning the pond. Now, the pond is pristine. The staff in the store were great - very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend H2O Designs for your pond maintenance.

  We got our wood deck replaced with composite deck. H20 gave us an estimate and we went with them because we trusted them as they have done beautiful work for us before. H20 is wonderful to work with when everything is going good but as soon as a problem comes up then that’s when trouble starts. There was some things on the deck that needed to be fixed and touched up so we asked Jeff to come out and meet with us and he told my husband on the phone “I know your type, as soon as you get the final bill then you start finding problems “. So after the phone call he came to meet with us and the deck builder, he was combative and argumentative about everything. He told us we were just being picky. And my husband and him argued the whole time he was there. He was very unprofessional and all we wanted was for the deck to be fixed. We did not want no money back or a discount , we wanted the deck fixed. We paid $95,000 for this deck so yes we wanted it to look spectacular. When Jeff was here to look at the deck he said it looks great to him and sees nothing wrong with it, he wouldn’t acknowledge not even 1 thing. He did send the deck builder back out to fix a few things but not all. They ignored most of the stuff we asked to be fixed and never emailed or called to see if we were ok with the repairs. It was very hurtful for someone to tell you that you are just being picky when you had legitimate things that just needed to be fixed. Very disappointed that it turned out this way. But lesson learned. The photos below are just some of the things that are wrong. Missing clips, screwed holes in board and reused the same board and old holes still there.
