I have to say that I was not informed and I didn’t see it posted anywhere that my rent would increase after an apparent introductory rate. After my third month I received a notice that my rent was going up over $40/month. Now $255/month for drive up, not climate controlled. Market rate is $170-190. Lost a customer in that practice.

The paperwork was all quick and easy they have locks there for a reasonable price they have everything you need to make your moving process easier. The facility is always so clean easy to get to your unit has dollys to help load and unload your self into the unit. It's very secure never had any issues I felt my stuff was in a very safe place they have plenty of cameras and it's all very well lit oh and I like that they have climate control makes it nice. They have all different size units with great prices the best around here. The only reason I left is because I moved and no longer need it but if I was to ever need one again I will definitely be going back here and I will recommend this place to everyone. I know this all may sound a bit much but it's all true and it's really a nice place all around. Thanks again Newport Ky Extra Space Storage!
