  My experience with Dickys was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The customer service team was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. The installers were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service. I will definitely be calling them again to install mirrors in my gym. Highly recommend!”

  Dickey’s Glass did an outstanding job for our office! They replaced two solid doors with glass inserts, transforming the space and letting in so much more light. The work was high-quality, clean, and exactly what we envisioned. Customer service was friendly and professional from start to finish, and they completed everything on time with no hassles.   BEWARE OF SPONTANEOUS EXPLOSION OF TEMPERED GLASS In July 2022, we ordered a glass table top 76 x 46 x ½ inch (TEMPERED at the recommendation of the company – Dickey’s Glass). In June 2023, it spontaneously exploded. We were in the house, but not in the room. Glass crackled and broke into marble size pieces and scattered all over the dining room. We used the table maybe 20 times and were careful to use placemats or tablecloths. We cleaned the table regularly and never noticed any chips or abnormalities with the glass. 30 years ago we had a glass table top the same size, but it was annealed, not tempered. We had it for 10 years and moved it from one house to another. Never had a chip in it, nor did it crack. We got rid of it after we acquired a family dining room table. Think twice and research spontaneous tempered glass explosions before you consider it. We called the company and they said there was nothing they could do about it and were unwilling to take responsibility for it or make any concessions, claiming we must have chipped the edge which caused the shattering. When we were discussing tempered vs annealed before we purchased, they said nothing about the fragility of the edges of tempered glass. Had we known the edges could be chipped easily and cause a shattering we would have gone with annealed glass.

  I needed a mirror cut to size in an irregular shape. They did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend this place.
