- KHKim HensonApr 22, 20265.0If you're going to shop at this location, especially in the garden section, I highly recommend that you ask for Corey, Adam or Lucas B. You will get the friendly & professional help that you need! I know they were exhausted last night right before closing time, but these guys went above & beyond to assist with our sale, load up our truck with a large amount & never once complained. What they don't know is that my husband worked a 13 hour shift before shopping there & lost his father to cancer less than 2 weeks ago. Their humor, hard work, positive attitudes & kindness helped more than they realize. Guys- I pray that you will always be this kind because you never know what storms your customers are struggling through!

- AWAdam WarrenApr 16, 20261.0Bought a battery powered weed eater last year and the battery absolutely sucked. Would not hold a charge very long....maybe 10 mins. I went to see about an exchange and the ASM Corey told me that it had been passed the 60 day mark and nothing he could do. Come to find out, the battery has a 3 year warranty on it. Horrible customer service. Lowe's should really teach there ASM's better customer service. I felt embarrassed.

No carts in the store to get lumber and when I asked a worker he told me and I quote “they’re all outside” and just stood there with his hands in his pockets. Then after I spend 10 minutes getting a cart outside and walking back in, I load my stuff on it and go to get some small items and of course I leave the cart outside of the way next to the insulation isle. I come back and someone idiot had unloaded all my stuff and took my cart. I just said screw it and left. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way then to ever come back to this terrible excuse for a Lowe’s. Just be prepared to fight for carts because the workers are too lazy to get them

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
