Bought a fridge in store and set up a delivery for Dec 1st. They call and cancel that delivery to reschedule for Dec. 3rd. They call again two days later to cancel again saying the item is not at the store and reschedule for Dec. 6th. Again, stay home waiting and decide to call to find out the delivery time and was told, it wouldn't be delivered till Dec. 12th. The feeling was basically, my time is nothing and my customer status was taken for granted. I tried to explain my frustration and was blowm off as this is just how it is and deal with it. As a veteran who has always shopped at Lowes and just moved to this area where Lowes is really the only option, this os disheartening when starting work on a new home. They really need to fix their communication and treatment of customers with honest communication and maybe a little understanding.
