- BHBrooke HarlandMar 17, 20261.0USE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF HAVING SOMEONE NOT HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT. I have worked with them for a couple years on Christmas light services. I have always been happy until this year. Kaylon put up my lights and has not answered ANY further messages I have sent. It is March, my lights are still up. There have been plenty of warm days, and even if this needed to be delayed he could answer messages. I paid, in fact I overpaid, and FINALLY got that money back but I paid for a full service and have NOT received that service. My next recourse will be bad reviews and to look for a way to get a refund. I am disappointed and thought I had found someone reliable. My next steps will likely be looking at small claims to try to recoup the money I am going to lose to get someone out to remove my lights this year. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF HAVING SOMEONE NOT HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT
