- RCRochelle CarmanDec 30, 20252.0The only reason that this Lowe's has two stars is for the older gentleman that was working the register he was very friendly trying to get someone to help you is very hard to say the least I was in there on Tuesday for 2 hours trying to get someone to help me get some vinyl flooring the next day I returned to see if I could exchange a faucet and pick up some other items and they acted as if though I stole the faucet even though I had a screenshot of the receipt the employees huddle together in groups and talk and no one is looking out to see if any customers in the store need help I spent $2,000 in 2 days in that store and let me tell you if there was somewhere else to go I would go there because this Lowe's is not about customer service
