Couldn't find anyone that could or would help moving them. Then I asked an employee if they could get the cashier some help in the pro area. 15 customers with a lot of lumber pipes and one cashier. She got ugly saying she wasn't in charge and walked off. Most of the employees here have an extreme attitude and aren't trained to do the job right. They referred to bad management of the store. Why would employees say this.. is my question. Bottom line....This is a horrible store both on management and employees and even worse on organization. WORTH THE DRIVE TO HOME DEPOT OR ANOTHER AREA HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE....EPIC FAIL!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
