Every time I come to this Lowe’s location I’m disappointed if I need any help. I don’t need help very often, but after seeing this pattern over several years, I’m finally annoyed enough to leave this negative review. Despite a store-wide announcement that I needed assistance in aisle 17 to cut a cable, and a few minutes later that another customer also needed help in aisle 17 to copy a key, we both ended up walking out after watching several associates walk by.

Lowe's has an infinite amount of useful building materials, etc.
The key is finding what you need. When you first go into the store ask a clark on which aisle is the item want. And if you need help ask a clerk for help. They are always very willing to help

Customer service who answered my call was very rude lady
I called on 3/20/2026 at 12.30pm checking on my refund status, she don’t want to help
I explained to her i did get wrong items and purchased the correct items so I paid twice
Lowe’s truck came and picked up the wrong size items
She keep saying call your bank why I have to call my bank I just want update on refund status I’m not voiding or dispute a payment she treated me like I’m stupid and and when I asked for supervisor she put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang up
