    Just waited for over 5 mins with the phone ringing, no one ever picked up. A company this size should have enough staff to take a basic phone call. Headed to Home Depot.

    I cannot say enough good things about the experience we just had here. My father needed supplies for a home improvement project but needed help finding them and loading into his vehicle. Joe helped us locate what my dad needed, answered questions, took the time to make sure we had what we needed, and helped us load the items into his vehicle. I hope Joe and those he works with and for see this review because he should be commended for superb customer service, outstanding communication, and going above and beyond with kindness. Joe is outstanding and should be rewarded. My family and friends will definitely return here and I will continue to tell other others about our extremely positive experience.

    I wanted to share a recent experience from the evening of 3/30/26 that left me frustrated and disappointed. My wife and I arrived at the store around 7:15 PM to pick up a few items, including some things from the nursery. We had recently purchased an EGO mower for $899 and were considering adding a blower. While in-store, we noticed a promotion on blowers that included a free battery, so we decided to move forward with the purchase. All EGO items are caged and locked. We had just come from Costco with frozen items— and I needed to grab something from the far end of the store, so I asked my wife to have an associate assist. She was eventually helped and given both the blower and a battery. We proceeded to check out in the garden center and waited a few minutes in line. At checkout, I mentioned the battery should be free, but the associate said the promotion wasn’t working in the system. After briefly trying to resolve it, he found the promotion online but realized the battery we were given was the wrong one. Trying to be helpful and mindful of the growing line, I offered to go grab the correct battery myself. Since everything was locked, the associate gave me a paper with a number and said a manager would meet me promptly. I went to the aisle and waited about 10 minutes with no assistance before going to the service desk for help. Eventually, I was connected with a manager, Keith, who did help get the correct battery and walked back with me to checkout. At that point, I assumed my original transaction had been paused or my items set aside given the circumstances. Instead, I was told to get back in line—which had grown significantly. After already spending close to 30 minutes resolving an issue that was not my fault, being sent to the back of the line felt dismissive and frustrating. I understand that issues happen, and I appreciate the individuals who tried to help along the way. However, the overall handling—particularly the lack of urgency and resolution at the end—was disappointing. As a small business owner who regularly spends money at big box stores, I typically choose based on convenience. Experiences like this will influence those decisions moving forward. I’m not necessarily looking for anything specific in return, but I did want to share this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the customer experience.

    I did not like the flooring people who I paid to measure. They told me they could execute everything and then after I paid $6k, tried to refuse to cancel my order after they said I’d need to hire someone else to fix part of the floor because they weren’t capable of fixing it. Insane. I got my $6k back and spent it elsewhere. Why am I giving 4 stars? One employee, his name is Mike and he works in cabinets. He is wonderful, all of your other employees should strive to be more like Mike. His heart is in the right place and he is knowledgeable. He is single handedly keeping your store open with his customer service and kindness, from what I’ve seen of the rest of the people who they employee to sell and service big jobs.

    Management should really try to do a better job managing the paint department, I came in to get some paint, and stood there for about 1/2 hour just for the person to come and take my order...and on the clock, in a time crunch, it is very aggrating!
