    Customer service refused to give me the order I already paid for. I placed an order online. The pickup orders are right behind the customer service desk with a bright blue label and the customers name on them. The person who runs pickup orders was MIA. I waited over twenty minutes and the customer service person wasn't doing anything else, but wouldn't just give me my order. This scenario completely lacks any common sense that they can't just hand something to you. I gave up and canceled online.

    My wife and I have always enjoyed our spring lowes trips for outdoor decor. I always spend a lot of money on tools and materials for my business as well at this location. Last spring, we bought an Aston Table and chairs set. Black powder coated set. This spring, they are covered in rust after not even a year. After spending a good amount of time with customer service, they have said "Tough luck, you'll have to contact the manufacturer". We are very disappointed that the store could not replace the Chairs considering they had stock of the product in store. We didn't request a refund, just for them to make it right with long time customers. Instead, they sent us packing with our rusty chairs.

    I recently bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s. The Customer Service in the store was excellent, she knew exactly what I was looking for and check out was super easy. The day after I got a call from the installation company as the dishwasher was in stock and they were out the next afternoon with it. It was installed by Steve from Crume installations, he was pleasant went right to work got it installed beautifully and was a nice person to deal with.

    Where do I begin with how disastrous my Lowes Delivery was. I had 3 pallets of wood delivered. It was raining the day of delivery and had been raining for a few days before. I asked the driver if it was possible to deliver to the backyard. He said he would. As I do not drive a forklift every day for a living, I do not know the weights and limitations of the forklift. If the driver, knowing that it had been raining for days, still thought it was fine to drive his forklift into the backyard, then why would I think anything different? I defer to the “expert”. He drove into the back of the backyard and instantly sunk into the yard. What should have been a 20 min delivery turned into a 4 hour endeavor of me crawling around in the mud with chains, helping the driver get his forklift out of my backyard. This is not how I wanted to spend half of my work day. The mud was so thick in his tires that it had to be dragged all the way through my yard to the driveway. This left massive holes and ruts in my yard. Not only did this delivery absolutely destroy my yard, but the delivery was wrong! They gave me the wrong size wood, and the concrete I ordered wasn’t wrapped in plastic on the top, so they were soaked from the rain, ruining the bags. Whoever put my order together did a horrible job. When originally calling to complain about my delivery, I told the delivery manager Miguel that I would like my yard repaired. I was later told that all they could do is give me a bag of grass seed and some hay, and that I would have to repair the yard myself. I said that is not ok and I would like to speak to someone higher up. Then I had the wonderful pleasure of speaking to Mandy. How this woman became a customer service supervisor is beyond me. She basically told me that I knew it was raining and that it was common sense that the forklift was going to get stuck, and that it was my fault for asking. If it was common sense that the forklift was going to get stuck, then why didn’t the driver, who, again, drives a forklift every day for a living, say “Sir Its been raining a lot, I am not comfortable driving the forklift into the back yard”? She put all the blame on me and none on her driver. She said they would give me some bags of soil and grass seed to fix the yard. Great. After spending 4 hours of my day crawling in the mud helping the driver get his forklift unstuck, basically doing labor for Lowe’s for free (after paying $80 for a delivery), I now have to go outside and spend another half of an afternoon repairing the damage they caused. I asked her if she would be ok with paying a company to come to her property, destroy it, and then be told she would have to fix it herself with a couple free bags of soil and grass seed. She gave me one of the most incoherent and unhinged responses from a customer service professional I have ever heard. She said “theres a train track that goes through my property and they mess my yard up all the time and do nothing about it, so you should be happy that we are doing anything at all”. WHAT?? So because a company treats you wrong, that is justification to treat me wrong? I was baffled. What an absolutely insane thing to say to a customer. She eventually said she would refund me the delivery fee along with giving me a couple bags of soil and a single bag of grass seed. After more back and forth I realized this was going nowhere and I was speaking to an unreasonable person, so I said fine, when can you deliver me the soil and grass seed. She said I had to come pick it up! She said “the system wont let me deliver it to you”. The system?? What an absolute joke. To top all of this off, I never got the delivery refund. It has been 3 weeks since this delivery and I have to call again to hassle them about my delivery refund. I ordered from Lowe’s over Home Depot because my large order came out to $100 cheaper from Lowe’s. What a mistake on my part. I would have paid $500 extra to not have to deal with what I had to deal with from Lowe’s. I will never make that mistake again.

    Horrible experience. I called the store checking to make sure they had a specific grill in stock before driving 40 minutes to pick it up. They told me they had 12 available and when I showed up they told me they didn’t have any. When I explained to them the issue they suggested I buy a more expensive grill… Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be shopping here again.
