This Lowe's is atrocious, and thats a new thing. I don't know what changed here recently but I guess Amazon and Home depot get my money now. 4 times I have been I to get something that there were supposedly hundreds of in stock, but they have none, or more frequently, the wrong item, like shipping received the wrong box and didn't check it, just rolled with it. Happens all the time in this location. But today was over the top. It is currently 2:36pm as I write this. I came to get some spray foam and caulk, I walked through the doors at 127pm. I went back to get some black spray foam, which their website says they have 192 cans of. I walk back to foam, no black foam. I look around and notic a pallette of spray foam up on the shelf. After a few minutes, I find someone to ask. They say they can't help but will get someone. 7 minutes later, still crickets. I walk up to customer service since it seems to be the only way to get assistance. 4 people in line, one cashier, everyone with returns, and the cashier is waiting on a manager. After about 12 minutes I make it up to the counter and explain what I need. The young lady says she will call for someone, and takes the next guy in line. Never picked up a phone or touched a radio, maybe it was telepathy. Maybe she planned on calling g after she cleared her line, whatever. I go back to aisle 20 to wait. And wait. After about 10 minutes I decide to go grab the caulk and come back, as it is only a few aisles down. I come back and wait. An associate starts walking my way with a ladder (thats way too small) and keeps on walking to help someone a few aisles down. I wait. Two more younger associates come down the aisle, but I can't even get a word in, as they go to help an attractive woman. I follow and wait for them to finish. She concludes with them, then before I can say a word they are off again. I go back to 20 and wait. While waiting I zoom in with my phone only to realize that the 192 cans of foam on the shelf are not black. I decide to ask if maybe the box is mislabeled and see if we can check.The two associates come down that exact aisle, I start to ask for help and they say hi, put something on a shelf, and ask how I'm doing as they walk away. Done waiting. I pull out my phone and order a case of black spray foam on Amazon. The exact kind I was looking for, same price with free overnight shipping, oh well I guess I push my project back. I needed the caulk so I just decided to make my purchase of that and go. I had it in my mind to ask for a manager but I already burned over an hour in the store, and didn't want to wait for who knows how long to speak with an authority figure, so I guess I warn others, and just don't shop here anymore.
