I had a really good experience here, especially thanks to Caitlin.
When I first arrived, I felt a little lost. I went to the main entrance and no one opened, so I wasn’t sure where to go at first. Then I walked around to the back, used the app to enter the gate, and was able to access the building. I definitely recommend downloading the app before coming — it makes everything much easier.
The system is actually very modern. The locks are digital and connect through Bluetooth, so you can open your unit directly from your phone. Once you understand how it works, it’s very simple and convenient.
Caitlin was amazing. She took the time to walk with me, showed me how to use the elevator, where the carts are, and helped me find my unit. Since this is more of a self check-in setup, that kind of help really makes a difference.
The facility itself is very clean. The units look new, there’s no smell of humidity, and I didn’t see any insects. It’s also very quiet, which I really liked. The location is great too — not a lot of traffic and it feels safe.
One thing I would recommend is adding clearer signage or even a simple map when you enter. Since everything is self-service, it would really help people not feel lost, especially if your unit is on the second floor like mine. If I had been alone, it would’ve been harder to find it.
Also, inside the parking area after the gate, I did notice some cardboard and plastic on the ground. I’m not sure if someone had just left it there, but first impressions matter.
From what I understand, the building itself is not new, but the new owners have done a great job updating everything. It really shows. I appreciate having a clean, secure space at a good price and in a convenient location.
Overall, I do recommend this place — good price, great location, clean facility, and very helpful staff.
