- SPSarah PaynterDec 2, 20251.0If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, in my life!!!!! Do not sign anything they put in front of you. The wording on their contracts says one thing and they take the liberty of interpreting it in a completely different manner. False promises and twisting of words. When we notified them that we were moving to another vendor (for multiple reasons), but mainly because they had installed a non-compliant residential product in our commercial setting, they refused to admit fault and turned our service off without notice. We even provided proof from the compliance department of the product line they installed which stated it was not compliant. Avoided my calls for weeks and ignored my email requests. Worst customer service I have EVER seen! Do yourself a favor and lose their information. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
