And you pay twice as much for "self serve" as you would having a professional do it. Would not recommend, unless you are desperate. The key worked, but it's not worth twice the going rate. Plus, then I had to go somewhere else to get the other key done. That's not convenient. Update: in an effort to make it right, the company contacted me, and agreed to refund my money for the one key there machine was able to make.
