I sent an email per the receipt and have not received a response. Even though I have had great luck with the kiosk in the past, I will not in the future. The employee made keys for me and there was no problem. UPDATE: When I called on Monday, the employee promised a full refund for the unusable keys. As long as the credit comes through, the transaction is resolved successfully.
