This lady Jordan at the front desk is terrible. This is the second time I didn't say anything.The first time she is absolutely nasty. As a delivery driver, I expect to be treated well. She is absolutely horrible to deal with.She has no business at customer service, she needs to be cleaning toilets! She shouldn't be nowhere helping internet order Fulfillment. She is lazy.She does not want to do anybody else's job.She barely wants to do her own job. I almost avoid taking orders just because I don't want to deal with this lady.

Purchased custom made vanity cabinets from this location, they arrived at my house without the correct material. I notified the store on July 28, 2025 and after numerous follow ups with the designer, Brian Archibald, they finally re-ordered the pieces on October 6, 2025. I requested some sort of compensation to cover my costs to have these installed and that was rejected by the manager, Jaxon Gaddie. It's simply poor business practice to deliver me the incorrect material, make me wait 2+ months for them to make a decision on replacing the parts, and then expect me to come out of pocket to re-hire a contractor to install the items.
Jaxon does not care about his customers, I know he won't care about this review, but hopefully someone sees it and addresses how he could have handled this differently.
I hate to be that kind of person but I'll be cancelling my Lowe's credit card and of course stop shopping here.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
