A WARNING FOR FUTURE LOWE’S CUSTOMERS
BEWARE. The customer service you receive inside a Lowe’s store is the complete opposite of what you will experience once you leave the building. My family and I have been loyal Lowe’s customers all across the U.S., and I am here to warn you: the products may be great, but the customer service, delivery, and installation teams are absolutely not worth the headache that follows.
There is a major disconnect between the in-store staff and the contracted delivery/installation teams. The professionalism and care end the moment your purchase is made. And when you try to resolve the issues through the corporate office, the agents are just as unhelpful, dismissive, and frustrating as the delivery and installation crews.
The store sells you on quality. Everything afterward feels like chaos.
You cannot say you haven’t been warned.

We recently went in there to purchase some tile. I'm familiar with tiling, but I was not very comfortable with it. There's a gentleman there by the name of Barry. He was absolutely amazing to work with, and he set us up completely from the tile to all the other items that we need to complete the project. And then he gave me the information that I need to successfully install the tile. I would highly recommend to go stop in and see Barry.
