    I ordered carpet in-store at this Lowe’s and the entire process has been a complete mess from start to finish. I needed two rolls of carpet, each 12x24ft — pretty straightforward — yet they only ordered one large roll instead of two. I was told my carpet would be delivered on 11/04, but a few days after purchase I started receiving tracking updates that it was “out for delivery.” It never arrived at my house, so I had to spend over an hour trying to figure out where it went. Turns out it was delivered to the store instead. I was then told the store would deliver it on 11/04. When 11/04 came, I called for an estimated delivery time and was told they didn’t even have the carpet and it was still shipping from the vendor — even though it was already sitting in their store. After more confusion and back-and-forth, they finally realized they did have it but simply never scheduled delivery. Now my delivery date has been pushed to 11/07. This entire experience has been absolutely terrible — disorganized, frustrating, and a huge waste of time. I will not be purchasing custom or special-order materials from Lowe’s again.

    I used Google to find this store, then the website to show me the exact aisle and placement of the 3 different items I needed. I was in and out like Flynn without having to wait on any lazy department employees.

    DO NOT PAY FOR INSTALLATION OF ANYTHING FROM LOWE’s. Three times they let us down after taking off from work and waiting while they either did not follow instructions on the order or did not care to show. They of course just say let’s try again but I have had it. I feel the entire purchase should be refunded as it wasted our valuable time. The consumer always gets the short end. This customer is done and of course will tell anyone that wants to listen. Sad way to do business.
