    Poor customer service at the return counter. Went in at 8am to return an online order that I started online the night before. I walked in with the item and the return barcode on my phone. I was asked to place the large item up against the wall across from the return desk. The customer service representative (Lisa) then scanned my bar code and said it didn’t scan. Not sure as to the item didn’t come up because she just scanned the barcode or the actual barcode didn’t scan. She definitely didn’t try to clarify that issue. Once that was resolved, she scanned the barcode again and said she needed an item number. I as the customer indicated that I purchased it on line and all I have is the return barcode. I has a customer assume the barcode will bring up everything on the purchase. She as a trained employee and in customer service made No attempt to indicate were I could get the barcode and she made NO attempt to go to the product to retrieve it or even ask me to bring the item over to her. She did the absolute minimum to less than minimum in the customer service. I then in my first time ever felt this was worth talking to a manager on duty about. I explained everything to ( Kyle) the manager right in front of the Lowe’s customer service agent (Lisa) as to explain everything and give her the full opportunity to dispute anything that I said. Extremely poor customer service.

    Employees were extremely helpful. We wind up buying a oven and refrigerator. The service was so pleasant I am going back In the next 6 months to buy a washer & dryer.

    I just did a simple pick up order, but I was able to order and pick up in the same day and everything went fine. The pick up team came to my car very quickly with my items after I had arrived.

    Went to get paint. Guy walked me through the right paint for what I needed (washability, sheen ect...). I give him my paint chip and he says "Oh, our tinting computer is down. It's been weeks now." It's like going to McDonald's and they tell you the grills been down for a week.
