Do not shop at this Lowe’s or any Lowe’s in general! They do not care and only want your money. Purchased a new dishwasher with installation and was told I would be contacted in the next day or two. We are now learning we will not receive our dishwasher for almost a month smh. We have been calling Lowe’s prior to this asking for information about installation and they mentioned they don’t have the number or info about installation and that we should use Google to try to figure out the installation number. They tell you a day or two because they know if you wait after 3 days you can’t cancel and have no choice but to wait. Super unprofessional and that’s not the way you should earn someone’s business.
