He says they cant use anything you find online at Lowes or in stores and they are specialty doors. This is outrageous. Insane, disgusting. I am just at awe, at the disrespect, disregard, and just plane insanity of people not wanting to do something to help people out that just need something replaced. Its not an AC unit, a furnace, or a roof. Which ibhave already been screwed over for. Its a couple doors. Lowes told me they use Crume, it was a guy in a lowes vest that took measurements. Either way, they are ripping people off. I cant believe they can even do this to people. And dont even use lowes doors.

By 8 pm they still said they were 1 hour out. We had to reschedule 3 times because they showed up the next time with a fridge that had a huge dent in it. Then the next time they didnt show up again on time. The final time they showed up with another dented refrigerator and we just accepted it to be done with the whole ordeal. I would not reccommend buying appliances from Lowes

Its been a waste of time many times to go there expecting to find an item and find its not actually there. Home depot does alot better job at that.
